Fan relays??

Heres the problem, before I started on my FMIC my was thinking that my fans were not coming on. So as im filling up the radiator car starts coming up on temp(fine) Now im over my set specs temp (which was set via datalogit) and there not coming on. Im not sure where these fan relays are , are they hard to get if there broken? Need some imput, thanks

relays are located on the passenger side fender in the engine bay, right between the head light and where the BOV is located.. They are covered by some rubber covers, you should be able to find them.
