faded headlight covers..
Has anyone ever experienced this? I mean, rest of the paint is okay/decent, but the headlight covers are very faded, much moreso than any other paint on the car.
It is VR.
I ask because I am wondering if they are not original covers, seems to make no sense that they would fade unevenly unless he had some sort of funny car cover on it
Thanks

VR plastics fade badly, that's a sign of original paint. I've seen many VR cars with pink mirrors and headlight covers.
If the tabs are still good, get the covers repainted. If they're broken/breaking, get new headlight covers.

headlight covers are a wear item, buy a new pair, have em painted, put em on and sell your old ones.
