Does anyone know how to permenently disable the factory alarm?

i know it has something to do with the drivers side door, when they installed my alarm i think they said they disabled by removing or disconnecting something on the drivers side door, it was a vipor 600

 

Here is the wiring diagram for an alar install NOTE: the Factory alarm disarm must be negitive pulsed or you can try grounding it.

NOTES:
*1 also found coming through the firewall above brake. Set module to the
six(6) cylinder setting.

*3 To operate the pop-up motors provide 12v to the white/green, also at
the steering column.
*4 Has also been found to be a pale yellow/red on some models.
*5 CPU #2 is located in the left kick panel.
