A/F gauge/break in
I just got a Greddy A/F meter which came with a 4 wire O2 sensor.
The manual says that it must be broken in at "very high speeds" 'to be done on a closed circuit or dyno'. Basically they advise 5-6 runs within 10 minutes at WOT in 4th or 5th (for higher exhaust pressure). Without this breakin the manual says the needle may not be stable.
My question is well how fast? And does anybody have this meter who can offer any advice.
It's very erratic but it has settled down a bit (the most I could get away with safely was a few runs down I 75 up to 110 for a few moments each time).

Eh, sounds pointless to me. Your exhaust is gonna be damn hot after 15 minutes of driving no matter what you do. Just go hit the highways for a while and it'll burn off the sensor's coating really fast.
