Question extremely weird coolant problem please help!!!!

ok so 2 weeks ago i took my fd on a drive and kinda got stuck in traffic for and hour the car didnt overheat it stayed at 210f but it was 100 degress outside so it ran kind of funny. so i went to a beach and swam to let the car cool down for 2 hours. turns out when i was going back to my car there was a little puddle of coolant under my resivoir tank. so i drove home checked the coolant level and they where full. Then i nothiced the clutch was slipping also so i put the car in the garage for a week till i got my new clutch. well i looked up threads and found out it might be a bad cap so i changed the cap a week ago and had no leaks at all and i let the car idle for 20 minutes at 210F and had no leaks then turned it off and still no leak so i figured it was good. now here's the weird thing today i got stuck in traffic again today and the cars temp went to 210F also i had to go up a huge hill. well after i got up the hill i went to my cousins for lunch. then came back out and noticed it leaked again. so i drove around on level ground for 2 hours then parked the car no leaks. but then i went up that steep hill again and let it rest then it leaked. so im very confused on what's going on im thinking its a clogged AST line but dont know. Also the car does not goe over 180F unless im stuck in traffic or going up a hill ( average temp is 175F). I also did the champagne test on Friday and had no bubbles at all and i let the car warm up and held my RPM at 4k for 30 sec then looked out my rearview for smoke didnt have any at all and i burped it for 20min. and after i burped i put 3 cups of tap water in it (didnt have time to go to the stare and didnt want to drive there on low coolant) then 3 days after that i opened my cap and found out minerals in tapwater turned into brown stuff. i checked if it was oil and didnt turn out to be. So my guess is the brown stuff clogged up the AST lines and is causing it to pressrue out the resevoir tank but idk. Also somtimes i get this weird bubbly noise from my glove compartment box like coolant is stuck or air is trapped. overall the car does not overheat runs very hard starts right up everytime and boosts perfectly only bad thing is slipping clutch and weird coolant problem. If any one has an idea on whats going on please let me know

Check the hose that goes from the AST to the water over flow tank. I missed this when I did my Koyo install and it would do the EXACT same thing.

Oh, flush all that tap water out.

This can also happen if your overflow reservoir is slightly over-filled when cold. It seems that your overflow res overflows whenever you reach 210 degrees, but it doesn't happen when your temps are lower than 210 degrees. The higher the temperature you reach in your cooling system, the more it will expand. In other words higher temp = more water/coolant going into your overflow res. It can only accomodate so much expansion before it overflows from the overflow reservoir. So, make sure you are not over-filling the overflow res.

As for the bubbly sound, you either have air in your system or you have the beginnings of a water seal leak, hopefully not the latter. Try burping your cooling system with the heater on full blast. Also, if that bubbly sound from the passenger footwell progressively starts to sound more like a waterfall, you got a problem.
