Hey guys, i have a friend with a 92 fd that is quite modded not sure wat yet, but he has just bought an external wastegate and was inquiring about fitting it, i have done sum searching but hav found nothing really, does anyone know how hard they areto fit and if there would be much performance improvement?

i don't know but i don't think an external wastegate will work, the stock twins has an internal wastegate

 

he can use it if he has a single turbo FD, if he is still running the stock twins he cannot run it since the stock twins have internal wastegates...
