hey guys, this question is basically in regards to the emissions (canadian 7 drivers may be able to answer a little better here)
i've been looking for a 3rd gen for a while and i found 1 i may like. anyways the car is stock for the most part, however it has an aftermarket downpipe (unknown brand), stock cat. and an apexi cat-back exhaust. the car also apparently runs a little rich.
now keeping in mind that apparently canadian 7's don't come with a pre-cat would this car still pass an emissions test?

i would say you have a good chance of passing.
you might need to get a different cat however.. (depending on how plugged the on on it is.)
there is always ways arround emissions however.. (i use my buddys franklin, grant, and jackson.. haha)

nice buddies, all i got is a beaver, moose and sailboat (although theres nothing wrong with a friendly beaver lol)

the current cat only has 47k miles on it, so i pretty sure that its still in working condition.

Make sure the air pump is still installed and in good working condition.

I just passed maryland emissions with modified intake, dp, high-flow cat, and PowerFC. If your airpump & cat are functional you should pass.
