Question exhaust question

i have a 93 R1 with 92k miles on it. Engine runs perfectly still, and i believe it has been overhauled at some point. I have the chance to get an apex gt spec exhaust cheap from a friend. I'm wondering if there are any ill effects that i can expect from bolting on the cat back to a stock FD. Thanks.

Your exhaust should flow a little better. It won't cause any problems.
