during idle theres a definate air leak above the turbos..it makes a pfft pffft pfft sound with idle and it feels as if theres air being pushed upwards when i put my hand under the ic pipe. its doesnt affect the boost pattern. when i rev the engine high the sound goes away and the the engine sounds beautiful. does this sound like a loose dp bolt?

DP bolt is a good guess. I you didn't put a lot of torque on the bolts when you installed it, it may have rattled loose.
