Exhaust heat shield for rear bumper

I saw this on a car at a local Rotary shop. The paint on my bumper is blistered from the exhaust, it was a little too close at some point. Is this something that is available from a vendor? Haven't seen it for sale on any sites.

Thanks

Cool

You can buy an over priced piece of plastic or you can make your own with a thin sheet of aluminum.
You can glue it with 3M double sided tape or screw it in place.
Here is mine before I painted the screws in black.

I have the 3M tape already. Just wasn't sure on fabbing it with all of the curves and such. I need to pick up some alum to fab my IC duct so I may go that route.

KSP also makes a couple of options in either carbon fiber or carbon kevlar.

There really isn't really anything that looks good on anything other than a black car... I would just see if you can extend the tip of your exhaust.

I got mine from RHDJapan.com:

Attain Carbon Fiber GT Bumper Guard BNR34 BCNR33 ECR33 BNR32 HCR32 FD3S SXE10 PS13 S13 S15 CN9A CP9A CT9A - RHDJapan

To me, it's the one that fits and looks the best. Here is a shot on my car:

I too had a bad "flame" issue that toasted some of the paint above the exhaust. The ultimate solution is to take the car to an exhaust shop and have them move the tip out a bit further from the bumper. Solved the issue for me but I have kept the guard on as I like the looks.

I've seen this one on a CYM car and it looks really nice.

Thanks for all of the leads. I will say this, when I first bought my FD 15 mos ago, the exhaust was too close and created two blisters. First thing I did was adjust the tip location and its been fine ever since. If more blisters were to appear I'd prob pick one of these up.

This is what I've had for many years now. This is what the OP posted in his pic.
