Exhaust?

Got a stock FD and want to know if I can blow my engine by just adding a high flow exhaust. What would you guys recomend?

If by high flow exhaust you mean downpipe and cat-back only (leaving the main cat) then that's generally fine. If you swap the stock main cat for a high-flow model too, that probably as far as you should go.

The thing to follow is boost. If you have a boost gauge, make sure that you don't see more than 1psi of boost increase due to the mods.
