Question Exedy twin plate clutch

Ok, I have an exedy twin plate clutch new in box. The only problem is, it was sitting in my shed (leaky roof) for a long time and some water leaked on the box. I pull the box out and its slightly rusty and I'm missing the throwout bearing. I see the flywheel already attatched to the clutch, so my question is do I still need a counter weight for the flywheel if it is already attatched to the clutch? Thanks in advance.

yes you need a counter weight to attach the flywheel to the crankflange... if its the cerametallic twin plate sprung you will love the clutch.. i ran one and it was the best thing i ever bought for that combo
