Evans coolant and low coolant light

Hey, i just switched to evans npg coolant and by low coolant light is on. The coolant is full and definitely up to the sensor. I did some searching and evans says that this can happen with electrical type coolant level sensors. Does anyone else have this experience? Thanks!
