Error codes 30, 33 and 39!

Error codes 30, 33 and 39!
Well getting cel codes 30 split air bypass
33 port air bypass
39 relief 2
Removed acv and egr with 93 ecu did not get codes...now with pettit (not sure which year) ecu I am now getting cel codes
Anyway, I can find the egr connector and use a 1/2 watt 330ohm connector but what can be done about the 3 prong connectors for the acv? Will I have to reconnect the acv to the clips to remove the codes but not connect to the lim?
Will these codes put the car in "limp" mode?
Damn if it isn't one thing, it is another!!!
