error code 45-Charge control Solenoid!!!

error code 45-Charge control Solenoid!!!
I have posted my problem and did a little research and am getting this error code. I'm new to all this but would like to see if I could fix this myself. Can anyone help? Would this cause my sputtering at 2800 rpms?

It has a open or short in the system. A broken area in the wires or it is gone bad.

check in this order:
look for a bad connection
check the voltage
check solenoid for resistance : 41ohms
