Equal to Clutch Switch (Auto)

What on an automatic car is equal to a clutch switch? Would it be the neutral/safety switch?

as far as what? for clutch/torque converter lock up etc the brake pedal. for starting yea the park neutral switch does the same job of interupting the starter signal asthe clutch switch

There is also an inhibitor switch on the transmission. It prevents the car from starting when out of Park or Drive.
