where can i find a new jdm motor, not a rebuild?

what is the difference between the 13b and the 13b- REW?

13b - n/a engine, 146 to 160hp est, found in gsl-se's and n/a 2gens
13bt - turbo engine, 180 to 200hp est, found in TurboII 2gens
13b-REW - twin-turbo engine, 255hp est, found in 3gens
