Engine wont fire up after an oil top up ?

I have just topped up my rx with some motor oil (non-synthetic or semi). And when starting up, it fired up bit didn't sound at all healthy, like it was missing a spark.

I cut the engine as it was not going into the startup proceedure, or sounding to good. And since trying to restart, im getting nothing. The engine is turning over fine but it not firing up ?

Im guessing what what ive read from the posts, that it may be flooded. I've never had to deflood the engine before so what are the best steps to follow ? Do i remove the EGI fuse from the small fuse box (30A) or the large fuse box(15A) ?

Also when removing the spark plugs, do you guys have to disconnect anything to get to them as they seem to be in quite an awkward area.

Finally a typical noob question, but which are the leading plugs and the trailing plugs ?

Thanks in advance for your help.
