Engine Started first try...Yes...some new stuff too

Well the car has been under winter upgrades like and deletions, I was scared that the car would not start right up but it did....Had a little coolant leak but just tightened the strap and that fixed it..here are some of the stuff I did

Installed New license plate SNFUL7
SR Motorsports pulleys, I love this since they looks so cool
High Amperage polished Alternator From Rotary Shack...Works so good now I dont go below 13 volts even with my pulley
Polished fan relay bracke and alternator bracket from Rich
Rev t-stat housing from Japan
RE Speed polished Oil Filler neck
PS removal = Love this mod a lot of people are scared to do it but it aint a big deal...
Deleted the stock coolant reservoir and used Kinetik AST as a coolant reservoir
Installed polished JDM UIM, water pump housing, water pump and custom t-stat housing
Relocated the coils via Charlies7 coil relocation kit
Deleted the Windshield washer reservoir since I dont use it
Installed 5 Point harness
Chaged the filter from K&N to Greddy
Took the wing off = car looks better wingles now that it has a full kit than when it didnt
Some old school emblems which I like better...still have to hunt down some RE emblems..

Next winder mods will be

ABS removal
Custom vented hood = I was going to do this but got lazy...lol..
Custom ducting = still might do this before the winter
And who know what else...new engine with full fuel system and new tune...
Weight Reduction

Here are some pics

Before

After

I like the twin shark fins you are sporting now. Pretty sweet. What did you do/going to do with the wing?

Thanks guys

I have used the Greddy filter in past cars and never had problems with them failing but I will check it occasionally to make sure it does'nt fail.

The Alternator nut is from SR Motorsports it was part of the pulley kit but I think it is very pricey if you buy it alone.

As for the wing I am just going through the wingless stage I will be keeping it to use next year, just had to take it out because believe it or not I feel the difference with it on and off.

Regarding the Greddy filter failing, that is over time and heat. Mine started to slowly come apart. I noticed it when I had the IC off and saw little crusty dried up pieces of what used to be foam in my IC piping. It had probably been on there for 5 years or so and did look quite nasty.

I do change the element every year so I don't think I will have to worry about that.

Nice setup, is that an coolant overflow tank, looks like another AST?

The back trays look real sharp!
