What spark plugs should I use? And whats the easiet way to install them?

NGK isn't actually that bad and its quite affordable.

As far as a easy way to install it, i never heard of such a phrase for a fd. =)

Yes the NGK's are the way to go. Make sure that when you buy them tell them that you want all four trailing plugs (9's). Dont bother getting the leading (7's)

I find it easier to change the plugs from under the car.

Just make sure to put a little anti-seize on the threads of the plugs, bad things can happen if you don't.....

As FD3Boost said, it's definitely easier from below.
