Engine stalls at high accelleration

At normal acceleration the Fd runs perfect but yesterday I out the pedal to the metal and the car stalled. Not sure what this may be but I just put in a Apexi Twin Chamber Bov maybe that has something to do with it? It only did it once so not sure. Also have a vac leak as well so this maybe result in that happening?

nothing to do with the bov

does it start accelerating and the stall?
do you hear it build boost?
does it stall immediately upon throttle?
try working the rpms up above 5k then flooring it

more details!

it could be very possible that you have a terrible vac leak causing the car to run very very very rich under throttle or something crazy..so when you apply gas it floods....but you would be able to tell if the ignition started to breakup/misfire

check the hose to the map sensor, locate the vac leak..make sure ur vac gauge is no bouncing with the heart beat of the engine

and for you information if the bov was messed up it would just cause the car to run as if its N/A
