Angry engine stalling problem

I figured I would post this in a couple of forums and see what I can find out from you guys. Basically I have just completed a single turbo conversion, fuel system work, and installed a set of K2 block-off plates. So I have removed the air pump and everything else except the ISC.

Now the car starts up just fine, idles decent.. a little bit high for my taste but smooth and I figured I can work that out once I solve the stalling issue. Now when I pull out and drive around it runs great, no issues at all.. the problem is when I come to a stop. Half the time when I roll in for a stop, push in the clutch .. uggh.. it just dies. Once in a while it will catch itself but not often, it just keeps dying on me constantly.

I had this problem before on an old Supra of mine and it turned out to be a bad TPS sensor, but I have tested mine twice now and it is within spec. I can't seem to find the problem, the only thing I can think of is that the motor is not happy without the extra air being pumped in by the air pump at low rpm/idle. Any ideas? I am sure someone has experienced this. BTW, I am running the PFC and I already replaced the LIM and UIM gaskets. Thanks for any help!
