Have you disconnected the throw out bearing? Are you sure all the mount bolts have been removed? Have you taken the starter off? Is the drive shaft out? Power plant frame disconnected? Shifter removed? Wire harness unplugged and out of the way? Slave unbolted? Is the mid pipe/cat removed? Is the front of the motor supported?

If the answer is yes to ALL of the above questions then you need only pull on the thing until it comes out.

The front of the motor may or may need need to be supported. When you disconnect the ppf it has a tendency to droop forward so when you go to pull the transmission out, you're pulling it at an angle instead of straight out and will be a bitch and seem like it's stuck. It will also give you the situation you're in now where the top is away from the motor and the bottom is still touching. Sometimes you can just pull down on the downpipe from under the car and it's enough to rock the motor back to be level or angled down so the transmission will come out easier.

OP,

Check under letter "C" of this thread, as there is a good video showing how to release the throw out bearing.

Trying to leave the transmission in the car, my English is pretty bad so I was unsure how to write down my problem

I have Disconnected the throw out bearing and removed the starter, engine mounts are unbolted and so are the bolts that connects the transmission to the engine. The wire harness is also out of the way however I haven't touched the slave guessing its no needed to unbolt unless I'm trying to take the transmission out with the engine?

Oh I see. When I pull an engine, the first thing I do is remove the transmission. The way you're doing it you'll need to just slide the transmission back. Unbolt the 4 nuts that attach the transmission to the ppf. Just loosen them, don't remove them. You can leave the shifter and the slave attached. It doesn't go back very far. If you look at the back of the subframe you'll see two small tabs sticking out that are threaded. The transmission slides back far enough so the front of the bellhousing just barely clears them. If you have the starter off, the transmission bolts out, the throw out bearing released and the ppf nuts loose then it should just slide back. Keep in mind you motor may be drooped forward causing the transmission to bind not allowing you to remove it
