engine rebuild

jsut put in new rotors, housings and kits and cant get the engine started. I think its caus my chipped ECU is flooding the engine before it has a chance to fire.
or is it a defective injector that s sending too much gas?
anyone had this problem before? any ideas?
thanks

Could be a number of things. Always u could have bad injectors. Or it could be a bad fuel pump. It could also be your ecu. U don't give enough information to locate the problem.

also who rebuilt the motor!? Just because it is rebuilt, doesn't mean it was done right.
