Engine pulls back at 3500 rpm
1st of all, hi!
I've just joined the world of RX7s and am already experiencing a problem.
Basically, if I put my foot down the car pulls nicely & hard, but on reaching around 3500 rpm, the engine severely pulls back, like there's some sort of restriction in place. There's a sort of "buzzing" noise (not a great explanation, I know!), and it won't accelerate any further.
I'm not sure if it's anything to do with the boost control, perhaps? As I've only just downloaded a set of instructions for this (Blitz Dual SBC). I also have a few other bits & pieces, but not sure what they should be set at.
There's a Pivot RHUM with a dial showing 0 to 80%
There's a Pivot ACS Airflow Conditioner System with a POW(er) button & a small adjuster showing a "volume" from -10% to 10%
I'm also running a Greddy turbo timer, although this wouldn't really affect anything.
Any help or ideas would be really appreciated.
Thanks!

The Pivot RHUM lets you adjust how high the headlights pop up for a "sleepy eye" look. That's all that does. The airflow conditioner is a REAL bobo way to tune the fuel curve - I'd set it all at 0 or remove it.
If you're hitting that hard of a wall, you may have a problem with the secondary fuel injectors. Sounds like the previous owner did some mods, so you're gonna have to try and figure out what in the world he did to the car. It's tricky to un-goof someone else's work.
