Actually its the commander, and somehow it only shows in bars.... I'm pretty new to this but what would be a bad value? I need to pick up the dataloggit.

Use the peak hold value, it will give you a #. Each car is different, but once you establish a baseline it is useful. Eg, my FD shows peak knock in the 30s to the 50s, so I know if I see something approaching 100 to proceed with caution.
