engine not firing

ok so heres the problem. I just rebuilt this motor no more than 10 miles ago. Got it all back together put in an ready to go. Was thinking it was going to be a major pain in the *** like my second gen not firing. So i got a good battery turned the key floored it to clean it out. Then let off an vrooom fired right up. I almost **** myself knowing this motor had zero miles on it. SO i drove it around an found one if the omp lines to be broke an leaking. So i pulled everything down to were i could get her fixed.

Got it all good back together ran all the vac lines like the fsm said to. Turned it over an it fired but as soon as i let go of the key to let it go it would die. I was thinking maybe i have the cas plugs backward. But i checked today an nothing no differnce. Checked the thermo sensor knock tps an all the other stufff everything was pluged in. CHecked for a code an nothing came up. BUt its like its not even firing the injectors an when it does it goes for like a sec an stops then dies. Checked the egi fuse an relay still good. Is there anything else that would cause this to not fire injectors or stop them. It has spark an everything. I thought maybe it was flooded pulled the plugs an egi turned it over an nothing not even a little vapor/gas came out. Im stumped also the compression it great for only having 10 on it
