Yesterday I was driving my car and all of a sudden the engine light came on for about 5 seconds then shut off it did this a few times in a row and then never came back on again. I wasnt in a place I could stop but I just changed the oil 2 weeks ago and topped my coolant earlier that day. Im concerned and taking it to the shop for a check up tomorrow but are there any ideas what it might be. Oh and the motor was replaced less than a year ago along with all of the reliability mods so I have no idea what it might be.

 

I know that in an FC there is a little plug that can come off that is attached to the throttle body. Might not be one on an FD though...

 

open the hood and there is a diagnostics box. open it up and jump the TEN and GND terminals with a paper clip or small piece of wire. then turn the ignition on and count the engine light flashes. Go here:
