Coolant goes into the overflow tank? Try replacing your pressure cap.

Beeping sound is likely low coolant warning.

Yep, it can take a while to fully fill the cooling system. Top off the coolant at the water pump housing.

Make sure that all air pockets in engine coolant system are removed by "burping" via bottom hose with top plenium coolant hose removed. There is a thread on this procedure somewhere?

Personally, I second the bad pressure cap theory.

To wait to change the pressure cap, ok.

To wait to try topping off the coolant - bad idea.

Take the filler cap off, top the it off with coolant. Leave the cap off and start the car(it needs to be a cold start, not with the car warmed up) If the coolant level doesnt drop but the buzzer is still on, you have an electrical issue. It really isnt uncommon.
