Engine help with pics

I was wondering what you guys could tell about the engine from the pictures, such as radiator, etc. I know it is mostly stock, just trying to figure out anything else.

Thanks

It's got an aluminum AST and what looks like a Greddy elbow as well. Stock ones are plastic.

Pics aren't so hot, the first one is too close up.

Stock plastic intake elbow.

Battery tie down missing. Easy fix you can get the j hooks and tie down bar at any parts store. Make SURE you trim the j-hooks before you close the hood or they will go right through it.

Yeah the Greddy ones say Greddy on them I believe whereas that one just looks polished. I think your right, but who paints a plastic pipe to look like polished aluminum??

i see an intake and AST, as for the intake elbow that is painted, the stock 93 is a darker grey color. and usually with time will be very dirty.

To summarize:

Stock elbow. Stock elbows can be painted black or silver. Looks like the elbow, TB , and UIM have all been painted silver for that matter.
That's a stock IC BTW
Pettit AST
Pettit cold air intake kit. (at least the hole in the IC duct has been covered)
Unfiltered airpump intake.
Missing battery tie down
Stock intake sping type hose clamps have been replaced with screw/worm gear clamps

Regards,
Crispy

PS and it's GReddy NOT greedy.

OH Get it !

Dude, if that car runs I'd buy it. The more stock it is the better really. Now you can do it how you want. Youll love that car if you liked those others I guarantee.

I hope it all works out.

Actually, if you want it you better get it now before someone else gets it. Especially after seeing it on here.

I put a deposit on the car already and going back to pick it up in a few days. I decided not to go for the black car, it had been passed around because problems, I didn't want to be next.

That's cool, well welcome to the club, be sure to post a full set of pics when you pick it up. And get that thing ready for the next time we get together somewhere. VJ's gonna be jealous that he's not the only silver FD in south.fla anymore, lol
