Engine help.

well i was interested in buying a 3rd gen but the owner said the rear rotor doesnt have any compression but the front rotor does,so does this mean it needs a rebuild? any help is much appreciated,Thank You.

It will probably be more expensive. Mazdatrix in Signal Hill, CA, charges about $500 more for a 13B-REW "C" level build than a 13BT "C" build.
