Engine Dies When Starting in 1st Gear
If I start the car in 1st and stay there (clutch in 1st gear), the engine would die 2 secs after I start the car. But if I start it in neutral, it won't die (I guess). Any ideas what's going on? By the way, I never tried to blip the gas after starting it in 1st, just clutch in. It happened a few times already.

If you start the car with it in gear, it will disable the AWS (Accellerated Warmup System). Notice how when you start with it in gear the rpm's don't jump up to 3000 rpm like they do if you start in neutral? Although your car shouldnt be dying. Try just starting it in nuetral, let it sit at 3k for about 5 seconds and blip the throttle. See if that works.

Dies in first gear
Try starting it in different gears.....point is it may not be the gear but one of the clutch switches, there are two of them not positive of there pourpose but I believe one is safety and the other goes to ECU....will need someone with expert knowledge to corroberate (spelling) this.
