Emissions test

Well i just fail the emissions test here in sweden(eroupe) and thought i check this board to come up with ideas on how to fix it.

Found some ideas but i thought i'd ask anyway.

I have only done two mods on the car so far:
3"downpipe
Apexi air intake

and my numbers from the test:
at idle(around 800rpm):
CO: 3.8 (allowed 0.5)
HC: 130 (allowed 100)
lamda: 0.85 (allowed 0.97 to 1.03)

at 2500rpm(no load):
CO: 0.1 (allowed 0.3)
HC: 5 (allowed cant remember)
lamda: 1.33(allowed 0.97 to 1.03)

Ie seems like my car is running rich when ideling and lean at 2500rpm's.

Any ideas on how to fix it?
im pretty new to fiddeling with engines so all sugentions are welcome.

Btw are those emission requirements harder then in the US?

I passed with downpipe only and my numbers were far below your max allowed. The intake shouldn't matter much if at all. Have you tried fresh plugs?

Make sure your car is warm and put some Denatured Alcohol in your gas tank.

It was warm, and just to check we took a little 3min ride. Same results.

check air pump? ... k, hadnt tought of that.
new plugs ... worth a shot.
Denatured Alcohol in the gas ... well that would fix the CO and lamda at idle, i guess. But it cant fix that the lamda is showing to lean on 2500rpm or can it???

Was thinking maybe ge O2 sensor have given up....
Wonder what would happen to those values if i had the AC on. Could a little more load (thru turning AC on) give better values??
