Emissions Control?

How do you guys pass emissions testing with only a midpipe and downpipe? Wouldn't cat elimination fail you automatically?

Also, not all states have emissions testing and some states only do a visual check. Some people keep their stock cat around just for passing emissions (install it for the test, pass, and then put their midpipe back on).

Would you be able to pass with down pipe and a high flow cat?

If all other parts of the emission system is running correctly, yes. There is more to the emissions on the FD than just whether you have a cat installed or not.

However, a downpipe would fail visual if they look (but most places/states don't).
