Emergency light comes on when ever i chirp??

Hey guys, got a little problem. Seems like whenever i chirp 1st into 2nd, my emergency break light comes on while the tires spin. As soon as the chirp is over, the light turns off. My car is stock but does lay a long chirp. Any ideas on what this could be?

Could be your brake fluid is low (when is the last time you bled it!?!) Or it could just be that the emergency brake is loose and lifts a little. Try spinning the tires pushing down on the e-brake and see if the light still comes on.

It's a common 3rd gen thing it's actually the brake handle moving up due to the foward movment of the car (fast get aways!) You can fix it by building up the switch on the bottom of the handle with jb or something but its not a big deal.

Actually it is the brake fluid moving around. Its probably low. Once you top it off it will stop. Just wait and see!!
