Connect the in/out lines together should be fine after that. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Yea your welcome, because the in and the out on the solenoid come from a vacuum source and the wastegate connect them together and then your back to the way it was before the ebc.

Are you going back to stock? If so you will need to determine if your stock wastegate and prespool solenoids are still there and working. The "in and out" line that you are talking about reconnecting will need a "pill" in it for your car to boost properly. The other line coming out of your wastegate actuator will need to be reconnected to the stock wastegate solenoid. Some people connect their ebc to both the wastegate actuator and prespool actuator. . .if this was done you will need a pill in the prespool line (from pressure source to actuator) and will have to hook up the other line from the prespool actuator to the prespool solenoid.
Now, after all that explaination, why are you doing this?

any pics of what that stuff looks like properly hooked up?
reason im doing that is i blew my engine. so im not too concerned about boosting it right now. doing my best to not boost it so it will stay running. selling a bunch of stuff to fund my engine swap

No pics off hand (but search and you'll find some). If you do a search on vacuum diagram you'll find the schematic for where all the hoses come from and go to. . .
