Electrical Problems Causing Car not to start or idle

I tried looking at some older problems on the forum but couldnt get what i was looking for.

Before the car idle at 1100 (what i had it set at) with 16"mg only problem was that i had to use the head light override to get them up, then the switch to turn them on. After a semi hard push (5psi max) the car reved itself to 8500rpm(turned the car off to stop that) then when i went back to go start it it wouldnt start(not even stumbling) so then i thought to turn the AC off and it started right up. It drove around fine for about another hour or 2 then after another 5psi run the engine started to idle between 1k-2k and vac jump along with it. This was with the fact that when i turned my headlights on my car dies and my highbeam and right turn signal consol light flash rapidly and car wont start till i turn them off. Now on the way home i noticed when i try to go anyway past very very little throttle the engine will sputter like it is in limp mode(have the PFC though).

Mods:
Single Turbo
PFC
1600cc sec
850cc pri
SX FPR
and the other things i've done to the electrical system are HyperTerminal Grounding System and installed to gauges.

Anyone have any ideas?
