electrical problem

sorry if this is in the wrong section or even a dumb question. well i drive a 93 FD and i just recently ran into a battery problem. first of all i bought my new battery in feb of 09 and i recently changed it again because i thought that was the problem. so my new battery is only 1 week old. my problem is if i dont drive my car/start my car for more then 2 days the car dies. i changed the battery terminals, checked most of the fuses, new bosch alternator, and i still cant figure out what i still wrong with my car. im guessing somewhere or something is drawing out power or something short circuit. i followed my negative wire goes in a harness and the connects to the engine on the left side then back into the harness leading to the firewall. is my car not properly grounded or something? if something shorted or drawing where do i start looking? sorry if this thread is dumb but i need help and fast. thanks for the help guys

This is a tough one to solve without knowing any background. Def something drawing power from your battery but it could be most anything. Are you sure its the battery (ie no crank, checked battery charge) vs something else?? sorry not much help but will need more info

use a meter and see what the amperage draw on the battery is when the car is totally off. If its too high then yea something is shorted or on which will need to be further looked at.
