Electrical Problem

I just got my RX back from a body shop after 11 months and needless to say the job was done half a$$ed. It was hit extremely hard on the driver's side and the primary damage was done to the door and A Pillar area. The first problem is starting: While in the shop it started up fine and then the day I come to pick it up nothing, and it took a jumper pack to get it started, thinking it might be just a dead battery. Now even with a charged battery it won't start, lights come on, don't dim when you turn the ignition switch, just a click inside, but nothing in the engine...

The other problem is with the Power Windows, Locks, and Mirrors... None of them work... I checked all the fuses that controls those in the kick panel fuse box... The only time they worked is when power was put directly onto the welds on the back of the passenger side switch... Any ideas of what to do or where to take it to get these things fixed?

Thanks

James
