Electrical problem

Here we go again. I found that the car had a after market alarm and I removed it. There where a couple of wires left over and the car still has the warning lights on. Here are some pics that I took after I removed the alarm. One more thing. Is there supposed to be one more fuse next to the part that connects the positive end of the battery?? This is a 93 stock touring. Thanx for any help in advance.

Great, I can't post my pics because they are too big and zip won't compress them. There is a yellow and white wire that goes into the door on the left and a black, green and white w/black stripe that goes to the right. Mike I am going to need that wiring diagram.
