electrical issue, melted ecu connector

Either 1A or 1C is drawing too much power. I'm not sure which one specifically, as both #1 connectors I've gone through melted the dividing wall between those pins.

What I'm wondering is, if using improper resistors for my fuel injectors (low impedance with powerfc) could cause the increased draw on this connector. I've wired up a new engine harness with the correct resistors, but just want to make sure there isn't anything else I could be missing. My wiring is mostly stock, new pigtails/resistors for the injectors, gauges run off separate 12v not tied into acc, no aftermarket alarm/stereo
