Electrical Issue - fuel pump triggering parking lights

My parking lights/dash lights are coming on whenever the fuel pump is running. I get a 1-2 sec blink when IGN turned on, then on full time when car is running. The lights go off around 2500rpm, but that RPM changes based on throttle position. Could it be that when the Fuel Pump (Speed) relay is coming on the lights go off? I checked continuity between the trigger wires for the Fuel Pump relay and the TNS relay. There is continuity, but only when the Fuel Pump trigger wire is grounded. Neither wires are grounded when the Fuel Pump relay is not triggered. What the heck is going on? I checked the wiring diagrams and the trigger wires never cross or even connect into the same plug? Ideas? Thanks for the help.

the relay block in the front of the car holds both of those relays...pull it and look for for damaged wires. Check relays, etc.
