Electrical Grimlin (video)

I'm having some electrical grimlins. I have yet to start the car up since I have noticed the issue, but before I do I was wondering if anyone has had this problem or could give some advice.

Basically, when I put the keys in the ignition and turn it to on, I get some kind of warning buzzer or something. I also get static and such from all the car speakers. You will hear in the video.

What you will see me doing in the video is reseting the circuit breaker on my remote battery and then putting the keys in the ignition and turning the keys to on.

Notice the static coming from all the speakers and then the warning buzzer.

I have checked the voltage in various places on the car and it does drop slightly when the circuit breaker is open. So something is constantly draining the battery. I thought it may be the shitty stereo install job the previous owner had done on my car. Behind the headunit is a mess. They also had some equilizer/amp installed under the headunit as well.

Before the car was down for modification the car had a turbo timer. I did have static in the speaker constantly when touching the brake or accelerating, but no warning buzzer. I have since removed the turbo timer and get the warning buzzer.

Is it possible the problem will solve itself when I eventually get to start it up?
