Exclamation Electonical Issues ?!

My bro is having some major electronical issues with the 7 and I couldnt really find anything in the archives so hopefully someone here can help me out. I think there may be a ground fault issue here because every time the brakes, headlights or A/C is activated the engine dies, and I think it is the ignition that is failing cause if I turn off the headlights (or whatever) right away to keep the engine from stalling it get a nice little backfire....that can be heard for about a mile.

The Mods: vaccum simplification, ported w/g, open exhaust, and manual boost controller.

Any help here will be greatly rewarded by Jimmyjimbojet

Thanks guys. I'll check the alt, battery, and anything else I can think of.
