Exclamation Eibach Discontinuing Swaybar Kit

Don't know if anyone cares or not but here it is:

I called Dave Turner Motorsports (www.shox.com - cheapest place out there) today to order Eibach's swaybar kit for the FD. The sales rep. took my order but said the computer was giving him a "backorder/discontinued" message. He said he would call Eibach to see what the deal was. He called me back about 20 minutes later and gave me the scoop. Eibach has 29 front bars, plenty of hardware kits for both bars, and directions for both but no rear bars. They are going to make up one more batch of 29 rear bars to go with the fronts and then they are discontinuing the kit because no one buys it. So I put my name down for a kit, but the only bad part is the rear bars won't be done until around March '02. Oh well.

The front bar is 32mm, rear is 19mm. I've heard good things about them. The Suspension Techniques bars are the same sizes. Anyone know anything about them?

I KNOW that the ST is alot stiffer. Not sure which is a better set though. I am going to go with either of these two (i havent decided yet). I have heard some negative info about the ST...like...the bushings are noisy. But i have heard from some that there set is not. It curious to me that the ST and Eibachs are close to half the p[rice of its competitors. Something must be up.?.

My experience is that the ST is made of almost the same material, and that all you really pay for is the name. Its up to you. I bought Eibach springs for my FC and I love them. My friend bought ST sway bars for his Celica and he loves them too. So I guess its just preference.
