It's more common to have the rear rotor read hotter under WOT operation, but it depends how the probes are positioned.

There has been speculation about the temperature differences between the two rotors. Some think that intake manifold design plays a big role; others think it is more a matter of the cooling system design, since coolant flows through the front rotor first.

Are these probes located in the stock FD exhaust manifold?

Also swap the two sensors to isolate if there is an instrumentation SNAFU.
