EGR valve problem, can anyone help??

ok.. my FD make weird noises cause something wrong with with the EGR valve.. and my idle is keep going up and down my i warming up the car, so i don't know if the the EGR valve cause the idle go up and down or not.. does anyone know what wrong with my car?

sounds like a vacuum leak or a faulty IAC (Idle air control) Valve. need more info than this for a more accurate diagnosis
