Angry eeer burning and when lights go out

well today i tryed to install a brake light kill switch. I might have messed up the curcuit board becuase a piece of a fuse got stuck in the STOP fuse panel, well i can't drive without brake lights and after trying to pull it out for like 4 hours i was pissed. I just shoved a new fuse in (probaly first mistake) and then i went for a drive and when i started up my car with the lights on i smelled something burning and i was like "oh ****" my lights went out well my interior/parking/console/a/c lights and the beeping noise dosn't happen anymore, if you leave the lights on with the key out. Then i replaced the TAIL fuse it works for like 10 secs and then blew and thats were i am right now

and one of my best friends left for washington today i hope the week gets better

This is why it's so hard to find a good, unmolested FD these days.

Please, please take your car to someone who knows what they are doing and pay them to fix it. Installing a brake light kill switch? Jesus Christ.

Sounds like you burned something electrical up. You may need to replace you brake light kill circuit. I don't know exactly. If you let the smoke out of electrical components they have a tendency to not work after that.

Try pulling the stop light kill circuit out and go back to the stock set up to see if you fried any of the stock components. Or if it even works still.

You should have pulled all the fuse out of the fuse holder before you crammed another one in.

AND FYI: Fuses blow because there is a short or some other problem in the electrical system. This limits/cuts off the current to the circuit so you don't damage other things.
