ECU problem

I recently installed a rebuilt ECU in my 1993 Mazda RX7. The car will not start and it will not give out the codes?? Any suggestion? Thanks Bill

Try to borrow a stock ecu from a local fd owner and see if it'll start. If it does then it's a bad rebuild.
