ECU Harness f****ed with???

I am changing the ecu on my car for a PFC and have noticed that my harness seems to be tampered with. Last time I was down there I saw some taped up bits which I thought were traces of an uninstalled turbo timer or something, but this seems more serious.

The car was running ok with a stock ecu + Knightsports FCD, and also a Mine's ECU. The only thing I noticed was that with the stock ECU, the boost was a steady .9 bar on the secondary turbo.

I want to know if I should remove the Scotch clips and blue wire, and is that green wire coming back on itself normal? I am fitting a PFC now.

Thanks

I can't seem to find a clear diagram of the pin outs on the ECU. That would at least tell me what the wires are for.

It may have had a pfc already in it. I had to cut a bunch of wires for the install and maybe the previous owner had one installed.

The car is a JDM spec car. I think the need to cut the wires is for the US cars which have the EGR bits. JBM cars don't have this

The only pins connected together that I can see are 4A and 4B. Unless you can get a clear wiring diagram, you'll be lost trying to figure it out. Before installing the PFC better get a good diagram and figure out what was done!
